It invests in the fixed income markets of developed countries across the globe. The fund invests in U.S. dollar-denominated high yield corporate bonds which were previously rated investment grade and are now rated lower than BBB- by S&P and Fitch or lower than Baa3 by Moody’s and have at least one year to maturity. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Bloomberg Barclays US High Yield Fallen Angel 3% Capped Index, by using representative sampling technique. iShares Trust - iShares Fallen Angels USD Bond ETF was formed on June 14, 2016 and is domiciled in the United States.
