What are your 2022 financial goals? 🎊
Yes, it's that time of year again. Let's share what our 2022 financial goals are! Feel free to share any words of wisdom too. My goals are to learn more about crypto - to spend time understanding the technology and various use-cases. I didn't take the asset class too seriously until the later part of 2021. Time to catch up!

@Jess225, I'd like to keep learning about cryptos as well, but I also have some basic things I need to do: 1. Start rebalancing my portfolio. It's been neglected for a while now. 2. Update my health care directives and wills. 3. Save more for my kids' college. .. and generally take care of my health, state of mind and my family!

@Jess225, I need to derisk my now concentrated portfolio but not sure how to do that. I'm also thinking about my aging parents and how to make sure the next 10 years are smooth (health and finance).

@Jess225, I'd love to be financial independent by 50. In my late 30s now. I'm looking for pathways to passive income now. Hope 2022 will bring more clarity towards that goal!

@Jess225, for me it's wiping out my student loan and learning to invest as I'm a newbie.

@Jess225, I'll definitely learn more about crypto and the technology/history behind it ; I also will deactivate my contactless payment, so I have a more direct interaction with my money. Lastly, I will save a fixed amount (800 euros) that I can invest in crypto/ anything interesting that can make me money. Would love to discuss insights, techniques or advancements on anything money-related. May our money journey have a happy ending !

@Hamza302, Cheers to that! πŸ₯‚

@Hamza302, This is almost exactly me. Crypto is a top learning area for me this year + I need to figure out how to spend less with my credit cards - it's just too easy to make purchases and I need to control more of it. I've been considering budgeting with real physical cash (envelope method of budgeting). Another idea I read somewhere was for every online purchase made, an idea is to add $10 to my savings account!

@Jess225, I'm trying to figure out how to best get passive income through my investments with lower risk. I'm looking at yield investing but it gives me pause because investment valuations seem really high. I'm not talking about real estate either. I want to be able to set up some way to start generating more income from my investments.

@Jess225, mine is to build a stronger crypto portfolio. Currently I just hold Ethereum, but I'd like to diversify, and increase my share of crypto assets.

@Curiousmind, you're right! For me it's to learn about it. I'm literally just scratching the surface and things move fast it seems in the digital asset world.

@Jess225, I feel overwhelmed with how much I don't actually know about managing my finances. I blame it on my complete lack of interest and it feels late to start but it isn't I know. My goal is to grow my wealth and in order to do so, I need to get educated (that is how I found askfinny).
