Data is encrypted in-transit and at-rest. Your Finny® account comes with built-in security designed to detect and block threats like spam, phishing and malware. Your activity is stored using strong industry standards and best practices.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal data for as long as your Finny® account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Transactional Data

We may process information related to transactions, including purchases of services through Finny® ("Transactional Data"). The Transactional Data may include your contact details, your card details and the transaction details.
